WARRANTY AND REMEDY

Subject to the terms and conditions specified in this Limited Warranty, AURALED warrants that each AURALED Luminaire purchased from an authorized AURALED distributor will, for a period of five (5) years from the date of invoice, be free from defects in material and workmanship. If an AURALED Luminaire fails to meet the warranties set forth above, AURALED will at its option either (i) repair the defective luminaire or any defective parts of the luminaire, or (ii) provide a free replacement luminaire or replacement parts. Any replacement luminaire or parts will be comparable in function, but may not be identical to the original luminaire. AURALED is not responsible for labor and other costs and expenses associated with removal and/or reinstallation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This limited warranty and remedy are conditioned upon proper storage, handling, wiring, installation, use and maintenance, and conformance with any applicable installation instructions and recommendations of AURALED Operation must be only within the electrical values shown on the product labels and in environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) within the normal specified operating range. AURALED is not responsible for any failure that is the result of any abuse, misuse, abnormal use or external or environmental causes, including without limitation acts of God, natural catastrophe, power surges or failure, under/over voltage conditions, excessive switching cycles and operating hours and operation at an ambient temperature higher than UL rated as stated on product data sheets, improper power supply, fault or negligence of the purchaser or user, improper or unauthorized alteration or service, or any cause other than a defect in the material or workmanship of the product itself. This warranty does not apply if the product is used in violation of any applicable standard, or code, including those contained in the latest National Electrical Code (NEC), the Standards for Safety of Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. (UL), Standards for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), in Canada, the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), Europe (CE), Australia (C-Tick). Replacement of AURALED components with components of other manufacturers will void entire warranty.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

AURALED must issue an RETURNS NOTE for all requests for warranty review. To make a warranty claim, retain the failed products and notify the authorized AURALED distributor from which you purchased the products or an AURALED Customer Service Manager within thirty (30) days of the failure. If you are unsure whether a situation exists that is covered by this limited warranty, please contact AURALED Customer Service SALES@AURALED.CO.UK.
AURALED reserves the right to examine all failed AURALED Luminaires to determine the cause of failure and patterns of usage and reserves the right to be the sole judge as to whether any of the components are defective and covered under this limited warranty.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY

The foregoing shall constitute the exclusive remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of AURALED OR Luminaire warranties. IN PARTICULAR, NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS MADE OR IS TO BE IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER COSTS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
